Provincial Playdowns
[2008.02.05]
- Please note that Provincial Playdowns have started and will continue on through the month of February. These games, for the most part unless it is combined with a League Game, are CASH games for which you should be paid before the start of the game. To know if is is a Playdown game or not, you will see the type of game in your game assignment in League GM under the column Game Type.
- Normally there is a representative from Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA) at each game to ensure that everything goes well, to collect the game sheet at the end, and so forth.
- Please also note that if there is a Game Incident to report that this is not to be done on-line like is usually done for a League Game, nor is an envelop obtained from the offending team, rather, just complete the back of the white copy immediately following the game and provide that to the representative from OWHA.
- Also, for your information, the pay rates are as follows:

Feb 1-3 Tournament Rules/Details

Below are rules for the upcoming tournaments and the information regarding parking at Carleton U for Friday. For the three tournaments, officials are to arrive 30 minutes before game time; games may also start earlier. Please make sure you are ready to go on the ice as soon as the Zamboni doors close or the departing teams have left the ice.
Carleton Operational Information
- Control Staff at Front Desk will issue room keys; No exceptions to key exchange requirement to obtain dressing room keys.
- Control Staff at Front Desk will issue parking passes for referees, Drivers must have ID to exchange, no exceptions. You will have to park your vehicle outside of Parking Lot P3, go to the Front Desk to get a parking pass, and then park your vehicle in Parking Lot P3. If you have a parking pass for Carleton and do not park in P3 you will be ticketed.
Plan extra minutes before game time on Friday for parking.

Game Incident Report Mailing Addresses

Here is the mailing address information for those that do not receive an envelope from the team of the offending player. Remember to mail the game sheet in within 48 hours and to fill in the Online Game Incident Report within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 2 points and $10.
When you submit the online GIR, you will receive a message on the screen stating that the form was submitting successfully as well an email within 5minutes of submitting the form with the GIR information. If you do not receive these messages resubmit!
