How does a rating get
changed: |

|
There are two methods to change a rating: Request a
Rating Evaluation or Recommend for a rating to be changed |
|
|
Rating Evaluation
The officials complete the
Request for Rating Evaluation
form and submit it to the Director of Supervision at
supervision@odwhra.com The Director of Supervision
o
evaluates the request
o
Completes the
Supervisions History section
on the Request for Rating
Evaluation form
o
follow-up with the
supervisors if the request is justified (three supervisions must be done
by three different supervisors at the requested level)
o
Updates the
Supervision History
section (with the new
supervisions) and completes the
Supervisions Summary section on the
Request for Rating Evaluation
form
o
sends report to all
supervisors for recommendation and decision
o
communicates the
decision to the official
o
communicates with the
assignors to advise of the new rating (if rating changed)
